Major construction milestones reached at Campbell & Hart
Fantastic progress has been made at Campbell & Hart since our last update, with several significant construction milestones now reached.
All essential services and retaining walls across Stages 1 and 2 are now complete, marking an important step towards land registration, which remains anticipated for Q4 2026.
Asphalt works are scheduled for mid-September and will be another major milestone for the estate. Footpath excavation and formwork have also commenced, helping to bring the streets and future neighbourhood into clearer view.
Work is progressing well on the Campbell & Hart entry statement, with the entry wall now 50% installed. This feature is already adding a strong finishing touch as the estate takes shape and moves closer to its final form.
It is exciting to see so much progress happening across the site, and we look forward to sharing further updates as construction continues.
