The Design Review Panel will review proposed home designs for compliance prior to lodgement, and purchasers are required to provide a compliance bond prior to settlement.

In most cases, yes — all home designs will be subject to approval against the estates’ straight-forward design guidelines before construction begins. We also offer a range of house & land packages to choose from.

An initial $5,000 deposit is required to secure your preferred homesite. After signing the contract, you'll have 7 business days to pay the balance of the 5% deposit.
Construction is expected to commence in early 2026, with land registration and settlements for the first stage anticipated in Q4 2026. Buyers can commence building once settlement has taken place.
Settlement will occur 21 days after the land is registered, currently anticipated for Q4 2026.
As the project is currently an active construction site, visits must be arranged through our sales team. For safety reasons, buyers are not permitted to enter the site unattended.
While this will bring future amenity to the area, it is a separate project and not part of Campbell & Hart's delivery. Estimated time for commencement is 18 months to 2 years subject to approvals. The developer of the technology park is currently in discussions with Council regarding the details of their development.
There is no access from Campbell & Hart to Narellan Rd or the Hume Hwy. Access to Campbell & Hart will be via Maryfields Drive providing a quieter and safer direct entry to the estate.
