Exciting progress continues at Campbell & Hart as works advance across the estate, bringing this new Campbelltown community one step closer to life.
A major milestone has now been reached with bulk earthworks officially complete across the development. With the shaping of the land finalised, the estate is beginning to take on its final form and future streetscapes are becoming increasingly visible.
Construction crews are also making strong progress on allotment retaining walls, along with the landscaped retaining walls at the estate entry and perimeter. These important works will help define the character of the community while creating an attractive and welcoming arrival experience for future residents.
Infrastructure installation is also well underway, with high voltage electrical ducts currently being installed throughout Stage 1 and Stage 2 roads. This critical work is another important step in preparing the estate for future homes and community infrastructure.
Looking ahead, stormwater drainage works are scheduled to commence in late May, continuing the momentum across the site as civil construction progresses.
Beyond the residential areas, environmental works within the riparian corridor are also delivering positive outcomes. Seed collection has now been completed within the riparian zone, with seeds to be propagated within a local nursery to support future regeneration and revegetation initiatives across the estate.
At the same time, weeding works are currently underway throughout the riparian zone as part of the project’s ongoing commitment to environmental management and the long-term enhancement of these important natural areas.
With strong progress continuing across both construction and environmental works, Campbell & Hart is rapidly evolving into a vibrant new community for Campbelltown.
